The Fundación Cristobal Gabarrón and the King Juan Carlos Center present FESTCINE, an international short film festival with the participation of entries from Spanish, Latin American and North American universities including: ECAM (Madrid, Spain), CECC (Barcelona, Spain), Escuela de Cine de Ponferrada (Ponferrada, Spain), Universidad del Cine de Buenos Aires (Buenos Aires, Argentina), CUEC-UNAM (Mexico), North Carolina School of the Arts (North Winston-Salem, NC), Florida State University (Florida, US), The University of the Arts (Philadelphia, PA), Columbia College (Chicago, IL), Dodge College of Film and Media Arts (Orange, CA), among others.
